Well worth the extra money in comparison to the online estate agent that are available. Although fees are a little higher, the customer service is excellent. We purchased our new home via an online estate agent and the contrast between service is huge.

Fees - for us we did receive a good service. Compared to the solicitor's fee it still seems high. We'd suggest a flat fee, higher than the internet agents, payable upon sale but less than we paid. There is no correlation between the effort put in and the sale price, Ie a terrace in Chellaston will receive the same quality of service than one for £500k
