I've had a similar experience with Currell. By the way the property management not being open on a saturday is really annoying i had a problem i needed urgent assistance with and i had to pay through the nose to get it sorted and chase for the money for the invoice when it was there own fault for not being open at the weekend to deal with it themselves! Awful internal comms and awful customer service - i dont get how there still in business. ...
