This is by far the worst letting agents I have ever come across. They rented us a property that didn\'t have it\'s own boiler - the heating therefore was completely controlled by the owners of the upstairs property and to really add insult to injury - the owners of the upstairs property do not live there , the property is unoccupied. So when the boiler broke Currell let us sit without heating and hot water for 8 days they didn\'t offer us electric heaters, they didn\'t offer us alternative accommodation, they didn\'t offer us any compensation, we didn\'t even get an apology! There was no one available to speak to in the property management department when we turned up at their offices on a Saturday, there wasn\'t even a manager. All in all, it was disgraceful and since then they have continued to be very selective about which emails they answer and which phone calls they take.

I've had a similar experience with Currell. By the way the property management not being open on a saturday is really annoying i had a problem i needed urgent assistance with and i had to pay through the nose to get it sorted and chase for the money for the invoice when it was there own fault for not being open at the weekend to deal with it themselves! Awful internal comms and awful customer service - i dont get how there still in business.
