Our experience with Peter Crossan from Curell Islington was extremely positive . He handled everything really well for us , from arranging a viewing at convenient time to dealing with all the paperwork , various questions and landlord negotiations leading to a successful rental agreement . The quality of the property is excellent and additional services like Just Move In are a real plus . We would definitely recommend both Curell and Peter !

Phenomenal service from Freddie and the whole team at Currell who went above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of the sale of our property. Freddie was always on hand to answer any of our questions and made sure to keep us across any developments. He helped keep us sane on many occasions where others, such as our solicitor, were letting us down. In fact, he did everything in his power to drive things forward for us wherever he could. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Freddie and the team at Currell.

I have let my property with Currell Estate Agents through the offices in Islington and Clerkenwell for almost fifteen years now and in all those years could not fault the quality and delivery of service. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than ten days for the property to be let but it has not just been this that has made them exceptional. It has been the little things over the years; the courtesy via telephone and email and above all, things that they were absolutely not contractually obliged to do but they have offered help in emergencies on several occasions and overall been a huge support. As an overseas landlord I have found them to be stable estate agents to really rely and depend upon.

Hi,
I've used their services to rent a property in London N7.
The viewing process was very straight forward. The communication was very good and the response times were also very good.
However, everything changed once I've signed the tenancy agreement. The inventory check-in wasn't accurate. The feedback I've sent within the 5 days legal period wasn't taken into account. I was accused of breaking a few items when these were actually in the feedback they never took into account. After 2 months of e-mail exchanges, they ended up realising they had done a mistake but in the meantime, the landlord came himself and fixed the issues in less than 10 minutes.
I've officially sent a complaint to the branch manager. Instead of showing some client customer skills, he just denied everything.
I am really disappointed with their quality of service. I will not use their services in the future and definitely not recommend them to anyone!

This is by far the worst letting agents I have ever come across. They rented us a property that didn't have it's own boiler - the heating therefore was completely controlled by the owners of the upstairs property and to really add insult to injury - the owners of the upstairs property do not live there , the property is unoccupied. So when the boiler broke Currell let us sit without heating and hot water for 8 days they didn't offer us electric heaters, they didn't offer us alternative accommodation, they didn't offer us any compensation, we didn't even get an apology! There was no one available to speak to in the property management department when we turned up at their offices on a Saturday, there wasn't even a manager. All in all, it was disgraceful and since then they have continued to be very selective about which emails they answer and which phone calls they take.
