Hi, I've used their services to rent a property in London N7. The viewing process was very straight forward. The communication was very good and the response times were also very good. However, everything changed once I've signed the tenancy agreement. The inventory check-in wasn't accurate. The feedback I've sent within the 5 days legal period wasn't taken into account. I was accused of breaking a few items when these were actually in the feedback they never took into account. After 2 months of e-mail exchanges, they ended up realising they had done a mistake but in the meantime, the landlord came himself and fixed the issues in less than 10 minutes. I've officially sent a complaint to the branch manager. Instead of showing some client customer skills, he just denied everything. I am really disappointed with their quality of service. I will not use their services in the future and definitely not recommend them to anyone!
What agent could do to change your mind?
- Read your e-mails - Get professional staff - Improve customer satisfaction rather denying issues!

This is by far the worst letting agents I have ever come across.
