Founded in 1990, the Currell Group is a privately owned residential and commercial agency based in London, offering honest and professional expertise on a range of services.
The Currell Group has recently expanded and now incorporates Residential, Commercial and Chartered Surveying, Management, New Homes, Afford
able Homes and International Services.
We have five residential offices in Islington, Clerkenwell, Hackney, Victoria Park and Battersea. New Homes, Affordable Homes, International, Residential and Commercial Management and Commercial and Chartered Surveying all operate from offices in Islington. Our Block Management services are run from our office in Tower Bridge.
The Currell Group employs over 70 members of staff who can deal with a full range of property related matters. One thing which remains despite our growth is our commitment to, and reputation for, professionalism integrity and exceptional market knowledge.

I believe the fees are standard. We have been able to negotiate on tenants who roll-over their contracts. In our view the quality of the tenants they have accessed make it worthwhile.

When we contacted Currell, we had the difficult task to find a property to move into in a bit more than a week. Tom Moorby was very quick and efficient after showing us the property we currently live in, saving us time and money. He promptly replied to our queries and made sure the negotiation was smooth and all details of the transaction were ready for us ASAP. Therefore, my husband and I recommend him for his efficiency and support throughout the whole process. All tenants that are looking for a hassle free renting experience can count on Tom.

Sandy is everything you would want from an agent. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, organised. But more, he is patient and helpful with the naive questions that i had, and he was happy to go beyond what one could have expected when there were a few extra things to organise and help with. when it came to agreeing prices and fees, he was fair, open, and secured a deal that everyone was happy with.

Currells have been helpful and stayed in constant contact whenever they needed to be or felt that we needed to reach them. They go 'above and beyond' other companies. They also appear to be a tight knit team - they make contact with each other and act together on our behalf. This is the first time we have rented our flat, so we were new to the whole thing. They have found us some nice tenants and managed early teething problems on both sides gently and patiently. I really like them.
