The Brannen family has been synonymous with property on the Coast since the early 1900s - older generations of the family were prolific homebuilders in the area including on the Broadway, Linskill Terrace and Hawkeys Lane. There is also a ‘Brannen Street’ in North Shields, acting as a reminder of how the Brannen family has shaped the Coast brick by brick.

Today we rent and sell rather than build houses from our Whitley Bay and Tynemouth offices. We will provide bespoke marketing packages to clients looking to sell including A3 window cards and property particulars, floor plans, a professional photographer to take pictures of your home as well as advertising on property websites and within the News Guardian. We also have our own Facebook and Twitter pages! What agent could do to change your mind?
Genuinely care about people who work...pay rent on time and look after the properties! See and act on the different TYPE of tenant and bend the rules if appropriate!!

£210 'reference fees' followed by a refusal to communicate. At one point I was told they are too busy to arrange entry to the property. Given 30minutes max to exchange cash/ keys, ask questions & read, sign tenancy agreement which says very little aside from the tenant is responsible for funding all 'assessments' maintenance & repairs and to pay B&P an unspecified amount of money to 'write letters' for unspecified reasons. They Refuse bank transfer & will only deal in cash even for large amoun ...
