Comment on agent fees
This didn't effect me as came in just as my tenancy ended but if wanted to change inspection date they had just bought in a ‚£15 fee to change date I always like to be there when inspection happens due to confidentiality of my clients paperwork which I sometimes work on from home and I don't like people being in my home without me there - due to my work I wouldn't have been able to make certain dates and therefore would have had a fine which I is unfair. - this has happened due to Andrews now outsourcing inspections, they also have no history of things that may have happened!

It was made very clear to me what I was paying and what the payment was for. Also, a confirmation in writing about what happens to the deposit. Very satisfied with a service which, to date, I could not fault.
