Poor communication, agent doesn't carry out 6 monthly inspections, no resolve to damage issues caused by tenants - generally no care and a very poor service yet quick to take the commission. I highly recommend staying away from this agent if you are a landlord....

Very bad experience from the real-estate side as a buyer (fair service as long as it concerns the mortgage advisor).

Rachel harris, sequence head office is awesome. She has been very helpful throughout my tenancy, I've had a couple of issues and she done her up most to resolve them.
She answers my emails very quickly and is always to hand.
