Dear "Disappointed...". As I wanted to reply to your Facebook message, unfortunately Yousef was unavoidably detained by other viewers at other properties during the day which had a knock on effect throughout the day. You were called 15 minutes before the viewing time to explain this and that he would running around 15 minutes late. Hi Andrew, I've been busy moving into my new home, hence the late response. I don't have issues with the landlord acceptance at all, I think you misunderstood the whole situation, because I perfectly understand the landlord has a right to refuse or accept tenants. But my issues are with the mistakes in documents communication issue between your branch and head office and delays in referencing, it took over 2 weeks and the landlord didn't get to look into the references until less than a week ...
