Sweet Property Services, 175 High Street, Rochester
Would you use this agent again? No

Hi all Landlords........ Having acquired 3x2bed flats from Bellway homes, and having been highly recommended that sweets properties was the cream of lettings in the area ,we wasted no time in surrendering our 3flats under full management with sweets........Goshhhhh the first encounter of endless money excuses was when we realised they actually owed us over £5000.00 in rental payments but then we had to drive over an 1.5hrs on numerous occasions to their offices to demand what was due to us a

Murray & Currie, 60 Queen Street, Edinburgh
Would you use this agent again? No

I am not typically a person who spends the time writing a review (good or bad) but if I could only warn one person off using this company then I will be able to sleep better at night.

Murray and Currie are inefficient, disorganised, unrealistic and generally the most terrible Letting Agents I have ever dealt with. I am a reasonably young professional, always pay my rent on time and took on a property that clearly needed some care. As I moved in the cleaners had just turned up, so it never got

Alan De Maid, The Old Municipal Buildings, 19 East Street, Bromley
Would you use this agent again? No

Buyer beware:

At our first (AND second) viewing we were told there must be at least 99 years left on the lease, but when during the mortgage application we asked for the details to be confirmed via email it turned out there were only 65 years left on the lease. Alice then re-assured us that this is no problem, since we would have a share of freehold it would be a simple process to extend the lease. Fortunately our mortgage advisor flagged up that this would limit our choice of mortgage provid

Watts & Morgan, 55 High Street, Cowbridge
Would you use this agent again? No

Watts and Morgan were looking after the house we are living in when we first moved in, but our landlady has since stopped using them.

The house and garden were left in such a state of disrepair/neglect, and our landlady had no idea (she doesn't live locally and had been relying on Watts and Morgan re: repairs, cleanliness, etc). On the first weekend we lived here we had to take FIVE car-fulls of rubbish from the garden to the tip - piles of old newspapers and bags of decaying rubbish/recyclin

Thornley Groves, Unit 2 Vimto Gardens, 150 Chapel Street, Manchester
Would you use this agent again? No

Thornley Groves are the worst estate agents I have ever come across. They are a money grabbing, incompetent business. The time that I stayed in one of their properties we had no heating for the whole year, and the property was not double glazed and the hot water constantly stopped working. We made them aware of these issues from day one, for which they kept making excuses and never got these issues fixed. We even had a leak at one point and again they did not care about it. My house mate's showe

Mosley Jarman, 226 Moss Lane, Stockport
Would you use this agent again? Yes

Ours was an estate probate sale, which are tricky at the best of times. Prior to going to market with Mosley Jarmen, the house had been on the market for 2 years with two other Bramhall Agents, with only 3 viewing between them. It had been withdrawn for 6 months, and when it was time to remarket, we chose Mosley. I was able to speak directly and meet Nick Mosley, and he was reassuring in a turbulent sale, where not every party selling saw eye-to-eye. Nick was able to intermediate between parti

Review by Maneesh on 22nd October 2014
Foxtons, 321 Station Road, Harrow
Would you use this agent again? Yes

We contacted Foxtons Harrow branch in May 14 to sell our property as the branch was offering a 0% sales fee as a promotion at that time.

We were promptly contacted by James who was the assigned sales manager for our property. He booked the appointment with us to come and do the valuation of our property and came on the agreed date / time.

James was very through, professional, helpful which helped us make our decision. The valuation done by James was realistic (and above our expectation).

Review by Kelli on 21st October 2014
Thornley Groves, 25 Whitworth Street West, Manchester
Would you use this agent again? No

Originally supposed to move on the 12th August 2013, after agreeing and paying the deposit and agency fees and handed in our notice on our previous house we were told this would be the 16th. Despite paying from the 16th we were unable to move into the house as they did not have the contract/keys ready. This arrived on the 20th, I asked if it was possible for them to change the date on the contract to save us paying for the time we were unable to move. I was told to change the date would be £25p

Camden Bus Estate Agents, 27a Parkway, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

Dear Charles and Gary at Camden Bus Estate Agents,

Thank-you very much for being professional and receptive to a purchasers (and I am certain sellers) requirements and concerns and have described below why!

I had met most estate agents in Camden and had experienced one unfortunate ¢â‚¬Å“let down¢â‚¬Â which had left me disillusioned to purchasing a property in the current property market, prior to meeting Charles and Gary at Camden Bus Estate Agents who provide:

1. Honest
