Tenant Link has been letting in Southampton for over twenty years, we have a philosophy of always putting ourselves in the position of our customers. Which we believe has contributed to our success. We have a portfolio of over five hundred properties, from customers who benefit from our Full Management Service, to those who just want a contract correctly administered.

I cannot find you as a Tenant with Tenant Link under the name of Jesse Marcel so would be grateful if you could contact me on 02380 366555 to discuss the matter further. I can confirm that on 1st July we book tenants a time to move in which is suitable for the new tenants at the time of booking, the times are agreed with all new tenants a week prior to move in. With this service we market the Landlord's properties and all applicants details are passed over to the Landlord's directly. What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had simply phoned to ask for viewings or texted with 24 hours notice we would be more than willing to comply. It's just their lack of common decency that has caused me to never what to deal with them or put anyone else in this position.

Dear Anthony, We are sorry you are feeling like this regarding your deposit return. As you are aware, you and your fellow housemates left the five bedroom house in a terrible condition, and we had tenants moving into the house on the 1st July 2009. We had to employ a cleaner to remove all of your rubbish, food from fridges and freezers, bathrooms and kitchen were left filthy, and bedrooms all needed a good clean!
