Tenant Link has been letting in Southampton for over twenty years, we have a philosophy of always putting ourselves in the position of our customers. Which we believe has contributed to our success. We have a portfolio of over five hundred properties, from customers who benefit from our Full Management Service, to those who just want a contract correctly administered.

The agency fee was £120 with VAT (we originally thought it was £100 but this was excluding VAT as we were later told in the office) which I think is a fair amount.

Not the cheapest, but as they have achieved full occupancy I guess you get what you pay for. Better to pay a little more in fees and have good occupancy and a well managed property.
