Absolutely appalling service from these individuals from this estate agent. Having had an offer accepted at asking price, we in good faith progressed with our mortgage application, paying valuations fees as well as solicitor fees. This isn't the agent's fault. They are obliged to do what their client, the seller, wants; and they are obliged by law to put forward any offers. It's different in Scotland, where accepting an offer is a binding contract; but your problem here is not the agent, it's English law. I had a very bad experience with them.They delayed us one week to move in the appartment in order to clean it proffessionally (stated in the contract also) it and when we got the keys the appartment was dirty!! RSK have serious difficulties finding a tenant for an immaculately presented 1 bedroom flat in Ealing after 8 weeks of marketing it. We rented our flat out with Rsk at the end of the contract we told them that we did not wish to renew the contract as we were selling the flat and they went behind our back and forced the tenants to renew and threatened to blacklist them. We have approached a few agencies when letting our property and quite liked the responsiveness of Priyesh and Robert, how quickly things started to get moving, whilst other agencies needed chasing. I was impressed by the photographs taken, they were done nicely and made me feel proud. What I liked about Andrew was that he went beyond being an agent, I felt that he personally wanted to help us, it was important to him to do that. What agent could do to change your mind?
Have a simple (e.g. 5-step) process for going from finding tenants to getting them into the property - gathering references, issuing the contract, etc. Provide a contract early. Communicate better, each step of the way. Treating landlords like customer, not a massive inconvenience.

RSK were unable to find a suitable tenant for my flat so I informed them I no longer needed their services and I thought we parted amicably. Months later they refuse to take the listing off their website, so they appear to still be listing my flat. As they have been contacted by Trading Standards and still the listing appears on their site and other property websites I can only assume this isn\'t an oversight....

I signed a tenancy agreement with a landlord connected with RSK with a few special conditions. All the emails I received from RSK agents confirmed that the conditions will be met, several times. Was taken for a ride, they took renewal fees for 9 years, even though not in contract. When asked to stop they threatened legal action. So much for customer loyalty....

Extremely disappointed with this agency. I would not recommend RSK to anyone. My wife and I made an offer on a house. As we were about to exchange contracts, the buyer pulled out asking for yet more money (potentially under the table). The agency was not supportive whatsoever, and I even wonder if they were not the instigators of this. The agency has constantly been covering the numerous vendor\'s lies. As we do not experience complaints from buyers and sellers we know which transaction this comment relates to. As the Agent we are sometimes put in a difficult position by our vendors instructions as was the case in this instance. We worked very hard to try and keep this transaction together and ultimately this buyer withdrew because unfortunately they were unable to pay the market price for the house. This awful man who was "director" of lettings was abysmally rude and gave me absolutely NO insight into what my property may be worth as I was buying to let. Gary Smith was lovely however, in the sales office at The Mall. I\'ve heard a lot of horrible rumors about the Thamesview takeover, and having dealt with RSK prior to Thamesview, I can now say that I fully agree and believe in these rumors. Terrible, terrible agency. I lost count of what they did wrong, but they included losing our banker\'s draft after we had moved in and asking for us to give them the money again, but of course not tell the landlady. Keith gave us a bottle of wine and then asked us not to tell the landlady. They lied about it being cleaned before we arrived, and brought round a prospective couple the day we moved in! Please read above statement. The members of staff could have done their jobs properly, not lost money, not interrupted us out of hours, not lied to our landlady, not mocked my partner, and much much more. They are laughable.

Even when the council pointed out that the seller was lying about various things about the house, RSK were absolutely unapologetic and did their best (failing miserably) to string us along. People like these make most believe that estate agents are gap-toothed shiny-suited ex cons. Avoid these characters like bird flu when buying or selling....

Used RSK to sell my house, Charles was really friendly and knew what he was talking about. Was originally on with Foxtons who failed to find a buyer in 4 months, sold my house in 3 weeks with RSK. Would recommend (fees also cheaper than Foxtons were)....

Really nice fiendly people who didn't try to give me any sales banter. Very honest and helpful, and tried their hardest to find me the perfect property which I am now living in. Wouold use them again and have recommeneded them to a few of my friends who have had the same great experience....
