This isn't the agent's fault. They are obliged to do what their client, the seller, wants; and they are obliged by law to put forward any offers. It's different in Scotland, where accepting an offer is a binding contract; but your problem here is not the agent, it's English law. I have no experience of this firm, but I do have 10 years in the industry. ...
