Tristan was attentative and extremely helpful in negotiations with the landlord, punctual and generally attentative. I didn't give 5* because a sofa we were told was available before we made our offer, turned out not to be available nor replaceable when came to signing of the contract, which was an expensive disappointment for us....

Should be reduced. Also I suggest to remove the agent's deposit of gbp 750 as this gives the customer more confidence in the agent.

Appalling service, absolute nightmare and advice to avoid RSK like the plague. My estate agent was Tanya Tayyib. Presented me with numerous lies and deception right from the start. The only reason I purchased a property through RSK, was by negotiating with the vendor directly as Tanya was inefficient and untrustworthy. Absolutely appalling service from these individuals from this estate agent. Having had an offer accepted at asking price, we in good faith progressed with our mortgage application, paying valuations fees as well as solicitor fees. They continued to let other potential buyers view the property without us knowing, and ultimately continued to take in offers on the property, before informing us that a potential buyer wanted to make a higher offer. This isn't the agent's fault. They are obliged to do what their client, the seller, wants; and they are obliged by law to put forward any offers. It's different in Scotland, where accepting an offer is a binding contract; but your problem here is not the agent, it's English law. I have no experience of this firm, but I do have 10 years in the industry.....

They are totally unproffessional. I had a very bad experience with them.They delayed us one week to move in the appartment in order to clean it proffessionally (stated in the contract also) it and when we got the keys the appartment was dirty!! Moreover they charged us extra costs which weren't agreeed from the first place and they do not accept the legal 6 months breaking close. RSK have serious difficulties finding a tenant for an immaculately presented 1 bedroom flat in Ealing after 8 weeks of marketing it. Their contracts are heavily focused on landlord's rights, but tenants have very little say, they make tenants pay for all fees associated with early termination and treat you with disrespect and ignore your emails and texts (until an official complaint is raised) as soon as the fees and rent was paid, though make very little effort to help renting out the flat as ...

We rented our flat out with Rsk at the end of the contract we told them that we did not wish to renew the contract as we were selling the flat and they went behind our back and forced the tenants to renew and threatened to blacklist them. I dealt with Liam Rouse who went behind our back and charged the tenants money despite telling him we did wish to renew. I started by trying to relet my property with Foxtons who were an absolute shambles. Thankfully i found RSK who did a fantastic job of finding the right kind of tenants for me in a very short time. Altin was absoloutely amazing. He was polite, persistent and very paitent with our busy schedules. He called and left messages very patiently and polietly for weeks, as we were looking with other agents, and finally he was the one who managed to get us the house we want, for the price and conditions we want. Would definitely recommend RSK and Altin as a Letting consultant....

Fees at RSK were lower then most others, and definitely faster and clearer process. We did not need to put any deposit like Orchards or other agenda ask, and the process is very quick, and trustworthy.
