RMG is NOT to be TRUSTED!
These GROUP of companies, their contracts (ie. surveyors) and posibly unwritten agreements they do with subcontractors and FREEHOLDERS should be investigated.

Perhaps you should also be sending this to your MP, the CMA, NAO, LUHC, FCA, HMRC plus opening an official complaint with the company? Have you considered telling your local media as well? Have a look on the sites for Commonhold Now, National Leasehold Campaign and the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership/ ...
