RMG is NOT to be TRUSTED!
These GROUP of companies, their contracts (ie. surveyors) and posibly unwritten agreements they do with subcontractors and FREEHOLDERS should be investigated.
After 5 years experience witnessing their mismanaging of our home/building in London I found writting and talking with them a waste of time, inefficient and ineffective. They have no minimun knowledge of our leasehold and keep making mistakes and contradictions that cost us LEASEHOLDERS money, time and joy of living in our properties!
RMG appear to be "protected" by freeholders, unaccountable to anything and that is why the entire MONEY PATH should be investigated.
We leaseholders pay for all higher than average costs and the freeholders do not pay anything, neither want to get involved until it goes terribly wrong.

Perhaps you should also be sending this to your MP, the CMA, NAO, LUHC, FCA, HMRC plus opening an official complaint with the company? Have you considered telling your local media as well? Have a look on the sites for Commonhold Now, National Leasehold Campaign and the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership/
