After previous experiences with letting agents,we were extremely cautious to use another one as we didn't want to be bullied or forced into renting a place that was out of our budget or not in good condition. We saw a lovely flat from greene and co, and proceeded to contact them. We viewed the property over 4 times. The first time we were met with by Daniel and Brodie, both who were helpful, informative, relaxed and most importantly honest. There was no fakeness or pushiness, just a friendly, relaxed, professional manner. We had a bit of trouble on our side trying to find people to buddy up with and Daniel and Brodie couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. We had to contact them a lot, and they answered our calls from early morning to late evening. They came in on their days off and in general were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about the fantastic customer service that greene and co kensal rise has given us.
