From the first showing of the apartment to the day we returned the keys, we experienced Mark Forrester of Christo & Co as friendly and reasonable.
Arriving in London without a place to stay was a very stressful experience. This changed when we were shown an apartment that suited our needs. Off course we needed to sort out formalities before we could move in, but all through this process Mark Forrester was helpful and understanding towards our specific situation.
Whenever we experienced problems we could get hold of a person at the agency, and the issue was sorted within a couple of days.
If we are going to live in London again, Christo & Co will be the first agency we contact.

We have moved out of the property two months ago and still haven't received our deposit which is 1800 pounds. We have been sending emails with no response and on the phone we never managed to get through to the person in charge, Mark Forrester.
