We have moved out of the property two months ago and still haven\'t received our deposit which is 1800 pounds. We have been sending emails with no response and on the phone we never managed to get through to the person in charge, Mark Forrester.
This is an illegal act. In the tenancy agreement it is clearly stated that the deposit has to be returned to the tenants ten days after the end of tenancy.
The agency has been completely unacceptable since the beginning of our tenancy. Communication has been impossible even regarding problems as basic as a blocked drain that we couldn\'t fix.
