The local office staff gave great sales talk, but then was really let down by the management of my property. communication was awful, no landlord support, the office staff misinterpreted what each other had said to me and changed it according to what suited them. Although the contract really wasn't working and both tenants & I didn't want to deal with them any more, they refused to end it or reduce their fees even though I told them the contract had been broken and as such was no longer viable. Will never use again!
