Dreadful service, slow to repair important (hot water / oven / washing machine etc.) parts of the house which were faulty before moving in. Take rent for granted.

Moved into a filthy house with loads of problems. JW Wood refuse to sort any of them out and it has cost us hundreds just to make it liveable. Mould throughout house and the house stinks. 0/10 would not recommend....
