I have dealt with Julie Twist both as a tenant and as a prospective buyer. As a tenant they routinely avoid doing important maintenance like fixing a leaking boiler which took them two months. There is a maintenance coordinator called Lisa - if you email her she replies "please email the Maintenance team" - and if you then email the Maintenance inbox, she replies! We\'ve been having plumbing problems for 18 months. The contractor never turns up to fix anything and never calls us when Lisa says he will. Lisa says it is not her job to chase up the contractor. I would argue that as "maintenance coordinator", it is absolutely her job to coordinate the maintenance.

As for buying a property with Julie Twist, one of the staff accidentally sent me an email that wasn\'t for me.
What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Fix maintenance problems at the property within 18 months. 2. Don\'t lie to prospective buyers.
