Renting this time has been an awful experience. When we took over the apartment, there were a number of repairs that should have been done prior to our occupation.  In addition, the cleaning that had been done following the prior tenant's departure was very bad.  The oven, for example, is a disgrace, as are some of the showers.  This will hopefully be taken care of next week, at our request, but this should have been done before, particularly for a property that rents at £1600 per month. Castle are a complete shambles and simply nobody takes ownership of anything and you get sent round and round.

Dear Raisa Patel,

We have no tenant under your name and further more have not rented an apartment for £1600 in the last few months so I question the validity of this complaint. If you are indeed a " real " tenant then I would be more than happy to discuss your issues and resolve them for you.
