TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, COMPANY TO AVOID
I\'ve bee renting with clyde property for 2 years. They did not sort out any of the problems that we had in the property. The first problem was that the intercom systen did not work. We sent them several mails during a period of 6 months and there were not able to replace the intercom system or fix it, so we have to stay over 2 years without it. The management in this company is terrible and the communication is even worse. Is unacceptable that they could not solve any of the problems that we had.
Another problem that we are having is in the check out process. If you want to recover you deposit money, be prepared to wait ages. They will charge you for everything. When we started in the property we got through everything in the inventory and we spotted a lot of things broken in the property. So, clearly they do not check that the electric devices work properly. The microwave was rusty and really dangerous for using, the cable of the toaster was missing and the smell of the house was terrible...We left the property superclean to my standards, which are quite high. We hired a professional cleaner and they still want to charge me some money for cleaning services. We left in the property other extra stuff like cutlery, glases, cups... We left better duvets and they claimed that they were a bit stained and we replaced all light bulbs in the house (8 were out when we started). Very minor things were missing as the inspector said. So, now we are already waiting for 14 days and they did not sent us the cleaning report and they have not contacted to the landlord yet. So, the checkout department is not efficient either. Overall, AVOID CLYDE PROPERTY, THEY ARE ONLY EFFICIENT TO DO THE NEW CONTRACT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THE DEPOSIT.
