BEWARE. Do not use these lying scam artists. They are an absolute disgrace to the industry.

DO NOT pay them any holding deposit - when the property suddenly doesn\'t materialise, you will never receive it back unless you take them to court. Their company policy seems to be to scam as many people out of paying these holding deposits and hold onto them for as long as possible. No reputable estate agent would ever take a holding deposit BEFORE AN OFFER IS PLACED.

The agent Ryan Morgan will be very nice to you until he takes your deposit and takes your sign contract - then it all changes. You will receive nothing but lies, aggression and they will tell you to email an \'accounts department\' to receive your money back which nobody replies to. The only way that they stay in business is by scamming people out of deposits. They never pay money back unless taken to court - look at the real reviews to see how many people that hey have conned over the years. There are 100s more

Do not believe the bogus 5* good reviews on this site - they are clearly fake and written by their own staff.

Further to our response to your review (above) dated 6th June 2013, we have not been contacted by you or have received any correspondence from anyone matching your description of events. We therefore have no choice but to either think that your complaint has now been resolved or this review was a fake from the start. We have had many reviews added on this site from competitors and they all seem to be written in a similar fashion, using the same words and are almost duplicates of each other. We hope this was not one of them.
