I was inticed in by promises of £300 off my bill if the property was not sold quickly. The property was not sold quickly and then i stung with a higher bill than expected as I was told the reduction was off the fee including VAT (aparently it was in the small print). This nearly delayed my sale until I have in and paid the extra. Despite their promises they did nothing for me except insist on pointless contact with people who had never even been to my house and knew nothing about viewings there had been. They gave me no helpful advice about how to sell except to tell me I should continually reduce the price. I begrudged paying them the fee.
