Whilst initially enthusiastic I felt that once an offer was received they were more interested in getting a quick sale than achieving market value - also by the end it was down to ourselves and the other agents involved to do all the chasing and pushing - it was as if they had just accepted it as sold and moved onto the next property!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually worked to achieve the market price not just a quick sale
When sale was going through actively worked to move sale forward - property was last on list to return calls or chase solicitors - feel that ourselves and other agents did all the work in the end
