Paul arrived to value my property and was very knowledgable and friendly and supported me with any questions I had.
Shona and Georgia supported me throughout the process of selling my property. This was a new experience to me and they both provided invaluable guidance and answered any queries I had utilising their extensive knowledge and skill set.
The team worked to very tight deadlines and managed to market my property within a few days of the home report and their professional photographer was professional and took great pictures.
They remained organised and diligent from start to finish which was a huge weight lifted as it can be stressful.
Their extensive knowledge and existing client base in the area ensured they maximised the footfall to view my property and the online portal meant I was always kept up to date of progress.
My property went to closing date in an historically difficult time to sell (January) and achieved above home report.
They were professional, consistent and friendly throughout. By using Pacitti Jones legal too, both teams worked collaboratively, which achieved a seamless service, with everyone involved going above and beyond.
