My friend is being asked for "late fees" of £1500, more than the rent he was late in paying (fully paid now!) - I think these are illegal fees that violate the Renting Homes Acts Regulations (2020) and it's really stressful for us. Umbrella keep threatening my friend for these fees - AVOID!!!

First of all I never got the room in the picture on the advert. I got the room next to it which was much smaller, with a smaller window that gets very little light (houses at the back of the house get in the way) ...
