As tenants of a property managed by David Philips our experience of them has been utterly atrocious. Its hard to know where to start - we had to harass them relentlessly to get any small maintenance completed on the property and found their manner to be rude, unhelpful, patronising and incompetent. Apparently the illusive David himself was the only person with access to accounts which was frustrating since he and none of his staff ever returned calls, emails and messages.
Our landlord has unsurprisingly got rid of them and surprise surprise, we are now fighting to get the deposit back, which was not placed into the DPS scheme as promised. This is of course an illegal act by them, so not only are they scummy and incompetent but crooks to!
Under no circumstances deal with David Philips.

HI - I rented my property through DP last year, the staff i dealt with initially were very good, and new tenants were put in place quickly. But that's when it all went down hill!!!!! - Only David can pay rentals into your bank account ...
