HI - I rented my property through DP last year, the staff i dealt with initially were very good, and new tenants were put in place quickly. But that\'s when it all went down hill!!!!! - Only David can pay rentals into your bank account and only on a Friday, (no other staff are allowed) and guess what David goes on holidays all the time.... I had to chase every single rental payment for 8 months and typically had to wait 2-3 weeks for the rent to appear in my bank account. I have since canceled the arrangement.

I do not think they are financial difficulties - but it makes you think... I just think they are useless

Talking with the tenants they have had a similar experience
What agent could do to change your mind?
More pro active attitude and the ability to pay rent quickly
