Agent was apathetic and not interested. Always wanted me to do the viewings. I always had to chase for feedback 5-6 times. Still waiting to here back from the girl at the office via my last viewing although she promised to my face would call me back within the hour.

Out of the dozen views we had 1/2 were no shows and never called to cancel our were sick coming the next week - but never came. This flurry of activity seem to coencide with me terminating my contract and happed in the notcie period.

The girl from the agence turned up oneday on a saturday said she was here for the viewing (i though she was a prospective purchaser) when she finally explained she was the agent and realised I was not expecting her she spend a good 10 minutes on the doorstep swearing down the phone at a colleague in the office about sending her to the wrong address. Also she did not have the "fxxg keys for the property she was meant to go to. She left with out say good buy or sorry.

On the two times i visted the office there were couples in their complaining about the same shoddy service I was having. People not turning up, having to do viewings themsleves, no feed back.

When I cancelled my contract and went to pick up my keys the girl in the office asked me who i was? She then handed over my keys without checking ID.

Having given them my mobile as the main contact number the girl in the office would still - always ring my house and leave messages for viewing the next day - when I didnt get home till 5.30pm earliest. If I just caught her at 5.30 returning her call she would ask me "Why I was ring her" could get of the phone quick enough. Rude and sullen at all times.

Asked for a list of interested parites - had to ask around 5 times before I finally got a list of less names then they had said had viewed the property.

Neglected to tell us they had shut the Stratford Branch for refurbishment - so my house wanst even in the window for about 3 weeks. Only found out when I went in.

Biggest issue though - was I asked for T&C\'s to review before I signed the contract which was sent by email. The one in the office I was presented with had a different termination clause to the one I was sent. BE Aware!!!!

All in all very poor service
What agent could do to change your mind?
ON the whole they could have just done their job properly and actually be bothered. Train their staff . Give feedback - not expect the client to chase.
