The estate agent continually change their answers and give appalling service. I\'ve never known an estate agent to not care about the client. Their fees are high and I expected them to help with genuine issues. After stringing me along for weeks about a problem they then turn around and say they cannot deal with the matter and I should contact the landlord and will not supply the number. They have little understanding of what they can do and if they put a child on the desk you would probably receive a better service. The whole time they\'ve only caused grief. I advice you to choose any other estate agent, especially if you\'re looking in Cambridge.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually listen and be polite. Maybe even try and fix the issue and only supply information that is correct not what they decide is the easiest to say.
