Since Matthews of Chester took over from PDA for the management of my block, the service charge has increased from £82.69pm to £118.05pm. This represents a 42% increase! The previous company were always pleasant and professional to deal with, and I never experienced any issues with them at all. It's a massive shame they don't still manage it now. I would personally avoid this company at all costs

If you had a genuine complaint about a member of my staff I would have expected you to report it to our office. Dee is always polite and helpful and the service you describe is most certainly not how she operates. ...

We reposnd to any maintenance issues reported within 24 hours and provide an excellent service. If Landlords are not prepared to pay for certain repairs they feel are unnecessary, however, that is their prerogative. ...
