Atrocious service and a complete disregard for tenants: this is the only way (and possibly still too nice) to describe Spicerhaart's (and FJ Lord's) way of dealing clients. I didn't think it was possibly to be treated with so much disrespect. As a tenant who's never been any trouble and paid his rent on time at all times, I'm currently living under almost intolerable conditions and Spicerhaart refused to do anything about it, claiming that everything is in order without even checking the issues raised. I can only recommend to stay away from this company as far as possible.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Look after a tenant who's always paid rent on time and 'merely' asked for a functioning hearing in the winter. The disrespectful and dismissive tone in their emails is unacceptable.
