Awful experience with Iconn. I am livid. I rented a shared property from them for over a year, they where useless when it came to any maintenance that we complained about. For example, the wiring in the house was terrible, and the fuses and lightbulbs blew costantly, so we did not replace them (now they want to charge us £30 for replacement lightbulbs), the drainage in the property was also terrible, and the shower smelt like sewage, even though it was cleaned properly on a regular basis, when a complaint was made to them, Dawn came round and just said that we should buy more cleaning products (because we are all made of money apparently)!!! Once we moved out of the property of course she came up with a huge list of things wrong with the property....most of which was already like that before we moved in, the rest was incurred by the tenants that moved out of the property half way through the contract, but are only charging the final tenants the costs. Oh, and they charge £250 to clean the property when you move out, even though the property is in the same (slightly shoddy) state that we got it in. RIPPED OFF!!
