Absolute joke!
Treated us as if we were stupid because we were students. When it came to the end of the tenancy the amounts of payment required for areas was ridiculous. When this was brought to their attention they failed to reply to emails concerning the matter, passing blame and advising we 'talk to each other about the issue in order to resolve the issue' !
