A higher-end 4 star review, Paul Wallace made significant efforts to ensure our property purchase got over the line.
There were several complications along the way and Mark was very supportive and persistent from the moment he got involved.
Due to the complexity of the chain, some aspects could have been handled slightly better - clarity of the detail up the chain at an earlier stage would have been beneficial.
