All I can say is run in the other direction. Do not lease through this company. I have discovered that 150 of our deposit has not been deposited - amazingly no record of it being given (was told receipt would be sent in the mail as she didnt have any on her). and the T&C\'s state 700 basic plus and additional 150 pet bond. Access with their "management keys" is at will. Poor repiars - the owner does not have the money to repair. We waited almost a week without water or heating due to the water to the heating system being turned off due to a leak (system obviously not checked prior to letting) a dried out mouse under the dishwasher! We are now being billed for poor grass (in December) when the property was let in very early spring with "seasonal condition" also scuffs to the back door - claiming the dog has done it, when the schedule/inventory states "scuffs and scratches". The fence is classed as 3-4 (poor) and toppling over, but we are being billed for damage to it! The best being a light under a kitchen cupboard (they have a photograph of it being alight but held in place by tin foil), yet more billing as it did not work on the day of the inspection. Another pearl, a cracked tile in the bathroom - the photograph does not show it, I bet it doesnt, but it doesnt mean that it wasnt filled with grout at the start of the tenancy. Also the schedule/inventory is in the wrong surname (front page not altered) but others altered by hand on-site. I wonder if this makes it all null and void? DPS dispute about to begin as there is no sign of any of the deposit being returned to us.

I wish they would close shop but that is not going to happen any time soon due to their underhand tactics - my opinion but everyone else can make up their own minds.
