Our ongoing issue with this appalling company continues. Despite paying increased sums to clear service charge arrears, they are now threatening us with legal action. We recently paid £200 and they are now demanding a further £600 in 7 days. The arrears occured when work was done on our bathroom and as we didn't have the money, it was added to our account. Despite offering to clear the arrears by the end of 2020, they are now demanding the full payment up to and including July 2021. My wife is ill with worry and has recently been prescribed anxiety tablets by her GP. Please beware this company. They have no empathy and use bullying tactics to try and get money up front. We're now at the point of accepting they will take legal action against us however, we simply don't have the amount of money they are demanding. How many people would knowingly pay for services they are yet to receive especially when the service received is so poor? Brannen are a company who extort money from vulnerable residents to pay for work on upmarket properties. Disgusting customer service. AVOID.
