Property was great nice 2 bedroom apartment for myself and partner
Maintenance to be requested to fix certain things in the property were ok but could be better regarding heating
Overall HP sales and lettings are good estate and would recommend using them
Staff are good and manager is very helpful

I understand that one of the tenants at the property, not yourself, reported an issue with the boiler not working on our out of hours telephone number on Sunday 14th April. A Gas Safe engineer attended to and resolved the issue with the boiler on Monday 15th April. As you know, we do operate an out of hours service between 5.30 pm and 9.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 9.00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
We have not received a request for an additional fridge for the property, ...
