Townends have been a pleasure to deal with but in particular Diane has proved to be a genuine asset to the brand. Working in sales myself i have extremely high expectations and Diane has delivered on all levels from excellent customer service, right through to making sure every box was ticked on the property i was looking for. I would aIso like to mention Katrina who has clearly been putting the work in behind the scenes ensuring a smooth transition to moving in. have worked with many agencies in the past and would highly recommend using Townends if you are looking in this area.
