I can honestly say I have never ever been as upset and disrespected as I have whilst letting my property through this company. I can list about 53 things (I am keeping a list) of events over the past 12-18 months whereby they have breached their contract with me and left me in the shit (financially) after mispayments, late payments, no payments, taking maintenance fees (when not authorised). After a year of it and complaining every time something occured I was granted a refund of management fees (big whoop after suffering late payment charges on my bank account) and was given a letter confirming that they are aware of the issues and will not let it happen again. Stupidly I allowed a further year on the contract with the tenants and every single month (no joke) I have have had to ring, send letters, and generally harras them to ensure I get paid the rent. And you guessed it, every single time it has been late, or they have took random maintence fees ! Please tenants do not use these people, I have been informed every time they have messed up that it was the tenants fault, thankfully I was lucky enough to have a friend bump into my tenants who informed them of all the issues they were having - including 'that the landlord would not fix out boiler! - WTF!!?? Landlord - unless you want to have to chase, be completely stressed and upset every month, do not use these peopl!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be an letting agent who respects both the landlord and tenant. Increase communication and follow the rules of the contract that you implement!!Attached Filesnbsp;
