I used Paul Wallace to sell a property and unfortunately I agreed to sell to a buyer with the worst solicitor in the world, Paul Wallace were superb in dealing with this rouge trader and were tenacious and never stopped trying, I have heard a lot of stories of bad estate agents but this firm must be the exception as they were professional and got the job done, especially Joe who deals with after sales who is brilliant at his job
