I had a good experience with belvoir in getting the property. The sales team are fast and efficient. Unfortunately when the flat starts to have problems, the maintenance department have no customer service and did not seem as a strong support.
My experience with Jane (the head of department) was rude and lack of professionalism. I had problems with my toilet clog and I gave them a ring. She said she will contact the contractor and get it sorted. I received a call later in the day from the contractor my keys are with the other contractors(my keys are everywhere). Jane was not aware my keys were somewhere else. When I called during the day to get updates, she was impatient. I reminded her about the change in number, she was not interested. It was obvious she has mismanaged the situation. The contractor had a difficult time looking for me and getting the set of flat keys belvoir ought to keep. Instead of rectifying something she had clearly mismanaged, she displayed a couldn\'t care less attitude and left me to sort out with the contractor. When I expressed my concerns, she was rude and nasty. It was clearly a lack of professionalism.
The contractor Steve was very nice and helpful. He got everything sorted quickly.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The head of department could have more professional and quick to rectify mismanaged situations.
