Lois always reacts as soon as possible on our e-mails/phones. And in a professional way. When there was a problem which needed to be repaired that day (leakage) see arranged that.
When we became a tenant of this house (august), we found out that there was a list of things that needed to be repaired. Most of them are solved now (november). So reponse time for \'fixing\' varies; quick to slower and remainders seems to be nessecary. We don\'t know why some problems take more time to get fixed.
The persons who come to repair are all very kind en polite.
