I contacted this company on January, for see a house in thamesmead. At the view day I informed that I have a dog, the agent told me that i need to pay extra 2 weeks deposit, but was fine, also he told me about 500,00 holding deposit, that I should pay for take the house from the market while they do a credit check, also he said that BEFORE they get this money they will contact the landlord and give him a small brief about the applicants, if is fine they will care one with the holding deposit and all.

So I find a guarantor and contact them again, monday 04/03 I went to their branch in Woolwich and spoke with Jeffrey, who took my details, I also informed him that I have a dog, and he also said it was fine, (plus 2 weeks dep), he take 500,00 and told me he will inform the landlord they have a applicant, and he will send me all the forms via email. ON FRIDAY, he e mail me with the forms, but he also said he need more information about the dog, that the landlord maybe have a problem with... (its important to say, that between 04/03 and 08/03 the house was still available).
Monday 11/03 he said the Landlord dont allowed pets, he said he will send me a link with another house and will call me on the following day. He didnt send me anything, so I send a email on monday asking about 2 houses that I liked, if are OK with dog.
Tuesday I called and spoke with Maria, she said Jeffrey was Off, so I explain the situation and ask a refund, as Jeffrey knew he was off and make me belive he will call me, she said fine, and she will carry on with that.
Wednesday jeffrey call and ask when I can see the house, I ask if the houseS ARE ok with dog, he said yes, so we book a view on the same day. After I while I called him to ask if we will see the 2 houses, he said any of those that i send take dogd. And we will see another one (that i even was aware off, as he never send tge email for me) so I said no, thank you, and told he to carry on with my refund, this was wednesday 13, and he said will take 5 to 7 working days.
Thursday 21 I called them to a position, and Maria, told me will take time, because jeffrey said I was still looking for a house, I said its wasnt true, jeffrey always gave me wrong information, and never contact me when he said he will. I explain that I already rent a house, I never gave wrong information, and the company basically just take my money and are refusing to give me back, at this point, Maria start to scream with me over the phone, saying that I need to calm down or she will put the phone down, she scream and shout some things that i didnt get it, and dont let me speak, and pass to jeffrey. I told him that was on the last day of the date he said and i need the money, he said is not like this the things work. I SAID I NEED A DATE, He told me he will call me back by 3pm, he called my wife, he said he dont have a date, and he cant tell me how much time will take...
I fell powerless, tons of things to pay, and this people maje hard time for gave me my money, its was their mistake for start with...
