If I could give less than 1 star I would. Based on my experience I would say avoid, avoid, avoid. I rented a flat through them and its been nothing but trouble. The issues we mentioned to be sorted before we moved in were not done. The flat was not professionally cleaned when we got there. we complained of mould and instead of sending someone that works with mould to look at it they sent a decorator. I could go on and on. We are 7 months in and I am still trying to sort a problem we mentioned on the first day we moved in. Their customers service is terrible, even elevated this issue to one off the partners, who then fob me off to a director, who also fob me off to another employees. we are still waiting for a parking permit that comes with the underground car park. They have no regard for the tenant or they care about is their fees. I would advice not to rent a property through them. I have had a terrible experience with them.

Extremely bad! Want £450 admin fees for phone calls + inventory check in but they do the check out! + reference fees + + + .... anything you can think of. Generally passing you to several people and no one knows what they do. They all have memory loss and you can end up with your accounts empty!

Thank you to the Seymours team for all the hard work and efforts in getting our house sold.
