I don't know where to start! We are renting a flat through them (which was a disorganised and unprofessional ordeal in itself) only to find the flat has a long list of problems, which they didn't tell us about until we were locked into a 12-month contract and had handed over thousands of pounds.

For example, they had the cheek to tell us they didn't know the kitchen sink is constantly blocked and backs up and overflows whenever the washing machine is used... when the plumber says he has been on at them about it FOR YEARS! Literally the best part of a decade.

Communication has been appalling. Another example (many to choose from): after some repairs were left unfinished, it took two weeks of *us* emailing and calling to finally get a response from them. They blamed the handyman, saying he was meant to call us but didn't have our number... when we had already had an exchange with him over Whatsapp, he was just ignoring our messages. Besides, if this excuse were true, they are responsible for passing on our contact details.

This just a tiny snapshot of the way they conduct business. If you are considering renting through them, I seriously warn you against it. I can only imagine how dreadful they would be to buy property through!
