Extremely unprofessional service.
Very attentive while taking your money and securing tenancy but inattentive when it comes to settling the exit of tenancy and reimbursement of deposit. They do not acknowledge receipt of emails and require chasing for responses to any query. letting agents are supposed to work for the landlord AND the tenant.but Taylor's only interested in the tenant when he/she is parting with cash. When you're dealing with an at best, naive, and at worst, dishonest independent checking-out agent and a highly dubious 'professional cleaning company' you need more time than I'm prepared to devote to make a viable case for an appeal against simply ridiculous deductions from your deposit.

I have not ruled out pursuing 'my' money at which point someone more knowledgeable in such matters than I am will contact you on my behalf. Fake review?!? Who on God's earth would conjure up the ridiculous idea to write a fake review on a letting agent? Jeez!

The situation as described in my review might be unfamiliar to you but it is not unfamiliar to your company as your secretary (Lee-Anne?) received some extremely detailed correspondence outlining the issues I had with the deductions from my deposit. I actually thought her responses bordered on rudeness until their total irrelevance to the issues raised highlighted the fact that she is basically incompetent. I have not ruled out pursuing 'my' money at which point someone more knowledgeable in such matters than I am will contact you on my behalf.

Dear Mr Surridge We are extremely sorry you feel your experience with Taylors Lettings has been negative in any way. In relation to how repairs have been handled during your tenancy, I note that, during your year in the property, you have only reported two issues – a faulty hob we got replaced within 3 days of being reported and, later, faults with the bathroom and kitchen taps that unfortunately did take several weeks to resolve due to delays in your landlord approving the expend ...

Dear Sandra We are somewhat perplexed by your comments. As you will be aware, the property you rented through Taylors Lettings was professionally cleaned throughout prior to your occupation with new carpeting fitted, this being fully detailed within an independently compiled inventory and check-in report, signed and agreed with yourself.
